Use this page to request deletion of the professional account used in the MonRDV Pro app, published by SOLIGON CAPITAL.

What the request means

👤 Owner

Owner: the request covers your professional access, closure of the business workspace, and review and termination of the active subscription during processing.

👥 Team member

Team member: only your personal access is deleted. The business workspace, subscription, and business records remain under the owner’s responsibility.

Sign-in credentials, personal professional profile, sessions, and data with no justified retention requirement are deleted or anonymized.
Invoices, payment evidence, and tax, accounting, contractual, or security records may be retained for the applicable period.
Uninstalling the app alone does not cancel a subscription. For an owner request, the subscription is reviewed and terminated during processing.
