Professional Terms
These Terms govern professional use of MonRDVPro, the free trial, subscriptions, and options purchased from SOLIGON CAPITAL. They form the contract between SOLIGON CAPITAL and the professional.
1. Provider and acceptance

The professional represents that it acts for business purposes and may bind its business. Acceptance at registration and checkout may be logged with the version, document hash, time, and pseudonymized technical evidence.
2. Service
Depending on the market, profession, plan, and activated settings, MonRDVPro may provide a public page, calendar, booking, messages, client CRM, forms, billing, payments, gift cards, loyalty, reviews, and third-party connections.
3. Registration and security
The professional supplies accurate information, keeps business disclosures current, protects access, and provides named accounts to team members. It remains responsible for authorized activity within its business.
4. Free trial
The exact trial end date is shown in the account. The trial does not automatically become a paid plan without express subscription. Paid features may be restricted when it ends; data remains subject to applicable retention and export rules.
5. Subscription, prices, and simultaneous capacity
Before confirmation, checkout shows the monthly pre-tax price, applicable tax, currency, billed additional simultaneous-capacity quantity, unit price, and recurring total. This capacity is the number of appointments that may be served at the same time, whether they use a bookable team member or a physical resource. A named non-bookable access account does not by itself create billable capacity. The configured checkout prices control. Options, SMS credits, and routing services are shown separately. No charge is due without express approval.
6. Billing, renewal, and payment
The monthly plan renews automatically until canceled as disclosed at checkout. Stripe processes payments and billing management. Subscription invoices are available in the professional workspace. Failed payment may lead to notice, proportionate limits, and suspension.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation is available through the billing portal when enabled and normally takes effect at the displayed end of the current period, unless law or agreement requires otherwise. Accrued amounts remain due. Export and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
8. SMS and communications
SMS usage is charged by actual encoded segments. Prepaid credit pricing is displayed before purchase. The professional controls message legality, recipients, preferences, and marketing compliance, and keeps transactional appointment messages separate from advertising.
9. Professional compliance
The professional is responsible for services, credentials, insurance, permits, prices, hours, cancellation terms, pre-contract disclosures, any withdrawal right, taxes, invoices, and consumer dispute resolution. It must not represent MonRDVPro as the service provider.
10. Data, forms, and privacy
For client data managed in the workspace, the professional generally determines purposes and acts as controller; SOLIGON CAPITAL acts as a technical provider under the applicable agreement. The professional minimizes form data, identifies a legal basis, protects sensitive data, and handles rights requests within its responsibility.
11. Payments, invoices, gifts, and tax
With Stripe Connect, the professional remains responsible for its connected account and service-related disputes and refunds. It verifies legal and tax details, invoice numbering, and records. MonRDVPro is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
12. Ranking, data access, and reviews
Public ranking uses name, or distance then name with geolocation; no paid priority currently applies. A professional accesses only data necessary for its business functions. It moderates reviews in good faith, creates no fake reviews, and accurately labels and sources any manually copied Google review.
13. Intellectual property and content
SOLIGON CAPITAL retains platform rights. During publication, the professional grants a nonexclusive license to host, technically adapt, and display its names, logos, images, descriptions, and content to provide the service, and warrants it has those rights.
14. Availability, support, and third parties
The service uses reasonable efforts without promising interruption-free operation. Stripe, Google, Microsoft, OVHcloud, and SMS functions also depend on those providers. Support is available at contact@monrdvpro.com.
15. Suspension, delisting, and liability
SOLIGON CAPITAL may limit, suspend, or delist for nonpayment, fraud, security risk, unlawful content, third-party rights, legal duty, or serious breach. Where required and absent urgency or fraud, reasons, reasonable notice, and a challenge route are provided. Liability limitations do not apply where prohibited.
16. Changes
Changes are communicated on a durable medium or in the account. Where the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation applies, at least fifteen days’ notice is provided unless an exception applies, with more time for significant technical or commercial adaptation.
17. Law and disputes
French law applies, subject to mandatory law. After good-faith resolution through contact@monrdvpro.com, Toulouse courts have jurisdiction in business-to-business disputes where enforceable. Nothing waives a non-waivable U.S. federal or state right, forum, or remedy.
