Customer Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to MonRDVPro by visitors and customers. They apply to the platform service provided by SOLIGON CAPITAL. The selected professional remains responsible for the booked service.
1. Provider and scope
SOLIGON CAPITAL — French SASU with share capital of EUR 7,500
13 rue de Verdun, 31150 Bruguières, France
RCS Toulouse 477 871 321 · SIREN 477 871 321
Contact: contact@monrdvpro.com
These Terms apply when searching for a professional, creating an account, booking, or using customer features. Any professional-specific terms shown before booking also apply to that service.
2. Platform role
MonRDVPro supplies technical discovery, booking, and management tools. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the service agreement is between the customer and the professional. SOLIGON CAPITAL does not perform the service or determine its price, cancellation rules, credentials, or location.
3. Accounts and guest bookings
Users must provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect personal credentials. A professional may require a verified account or allow guest booking. Guest contact details needed for the appointment remain required.
4. Bookings, changes, and cancellations
Available times reflect settings supplied by the professional. A booking is complete only after confirmation. Late arrival, change, cancellation, no-show, and refund rules are those disclosed by the professional, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
5. Prices, deposits, payments, and refunds
The professional sets service prices. Stripe processes online payments; MonRDVPro does not store full card numbers. The amount may be a deposit or the full price. Service-related refunds are handled by the professional under the disclosed terms and applicable law.
6. Gift cards, loyalty, and invoices
A gift card is generally valid only with its issuing professional. The professional sets loyalty rules and is responsible for service invoices; SOLIGON CAPITAL supplies the technical tool.
7. Forms and signatures
A professional may request a form. The professional controls its questions, necessity, and legal basis. A drawn signature and its technical audit trail may provide evidence of completion, but are not represented as a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS.
8. Email, SMS, and calendars
Appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and service messages may be sent by email or SMS. A calendar invitation may be included. A professional’s optional Google or Microsoft calendar connection does not give customers access to that calendar.
9. Ranking and listing
Without geolocation, results are ordered by the professional’s public name. Geolocated results are ordered by estimated distance and then name. Paid placement is not currently used. Listings may be removed when a business closes, disables its page, or seriously violates these Terms.
10. Reviews and moderation
An internal review requires a completed appointment and is limited to one review per appointment. Before submission, the user must accept these publishing rules. Reviews must honestly describe the user’s experience and must not contain spam, advertising, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or sexually explicit material, third-party personal data, irrelevant material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Reviews remain pending before publication. A professional may publish or decline a review and a reason for refusal is retained. In the app, users can report a review and block the author of a MonRDVPro review so that author’s content is no longer shown to them. Reported reviews are hidden while SOLIGON CAPITAL reviews them and may restore or remove the content or take appropriate action against the relevant content or account.
A Google review displayed on MonRDVPro is manually added by the professional, identified as a Google review, and linked to its source when supplied. MonRDVPro does not automatically import Google reviews.
11. Acceptable use and reporting
Users must not bypass security, access another person’s data, disrupt the service, transmit malicious material, or use the platform unlawfully. The in-app reporting function must be used in good faith. Content or conduct may also be reported to contact@monrdvpro.com with the URL, facts, and relevant evidence.
12. Availability and liability
SOLIGON CAPITAL uses reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. It remains responsible for its own obligations to the extent required by law, but not for the professional’s performance, legality, quality, or statements, subject to mandatory platform duties.
13. Intellectual property
The platform, software, interfaces, text, and graphics are protected. Users receive only a personal right to use the service under these Terms and warrant that they have rights to material they submit.
14. Privacy
Processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. A professional may act as a separate controller for customer data it manages.
15. Suspension, updates, and evidence
Access may be suspended for fraud, security risk, legal duty, or serious breach. Material updates will be communicated appropriately. The accepted version, document hash, time, and pseudonymized technical evidence may be logged.
16. Governing law and complaints
French law governs these Terms. This does not remove mandatory rights granted by the law of a consumer’s habitual residence, including applicable U.S. federal or state protections. Service complaints should first be sent to the professional; platform complaints may be sent to contact@monrdvpro.com.
Where consumer mediation applies, details of the mediator appointed by SOLIGON CAPITAL will be published after enrollment is finalized. No clause requires a consumer to waive a forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
