Delete your MonRDV account

You can request deletion of your MonRDV client account without using the app.

What happens next?

• After confirmation, access to the client account is revoked.
• Profile data, favorites, reviews, and non-required data are deleted or anonymized.
• Issued invoices, payment evidence, active gift cards, and signed documents may be retained for the applicable legal or contractual period.
• Deleting an account does not automatically cancel future appointments; contact the professional to cancel them.
